Senior Nutrition: Dining with Diabetes

This session will discuss monitoring carbohydrate intake for blood sugar control, the different types of carbohydrates, sodium, and different types of artificial sweeteners. A healthy recipe will be provided for tasting and to emphasize core messages taught in the session.
