In this Functional Fitness series, we focus on a different functional goal each month to help you become stronger, more mobile, and live with greater ease.

This month, we’re focusing on grip strength. From lifting grocery bags to managing heavy items, you’ll learn practical techniques to improve hand, arm, and upper body strength. With a focus on functional movement, we’ll explore exercises that enhance your ability to carry objects safely and effectively.
