This month, we're prioritizing stronger bones through resistance training. Using weights, elastic bands, and body weight, we’ll engage in targeted movements that stress bones, encouraging them to renew and grow stronger. This class will focus on accessible versions of four key muscle-strengthening exercises: hinge, push, pull, and squat. Bring your own weights if you have them!
