“QiGong” Functional Fitness Class

Qigong supports stress relief, accessible strength, and greater balance and coordination. Using slow, flowing movement and breath, this ancient Chinese practice helps calm the nervous system, ease tension, and cultivate energy in a way that feels steady, supportive, and nourishing. This can be practiced standing, seated, or a combination of both.
